Cook the chicken breast per our usual. Dice.
Stir-fry the frozen veg over medium heat with a little oil until thawed. Turn down heat to medium-low. Add sauce ingredients to pan. Stir until blended. Stir in chicken and continue stirring until the sauce comes together.
When you begin the stir-fry of the veg, also prepare the noodles per our usual. Drain and add to the skillet, tossing to combine. Continue cooking until it comes together. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
